  • POTREBNE NAMIRNICE / INGREDIENTS
  • Kore / Phyllo Dough
  • 1 pakovanje kora 500 g / 1 pack phyllo pastry (500 g)
  • Fil sa mesom / Meat Filling
  • 500 g mlevenog junećeg mesa / 500 g of ground beef
  • 2 glavice crnog seckanog luka / 2 onions finely chopped
  • ½ kašičice bibera / ½ tsp of black pepper
  • ½ kašičice začina vegete ili sličnog / ½ tsp of seasoning mix (like Vegeta)
  • Malo soli / A pinch of salt
  • Preliv / Topping Mixture
  • 4 jaja / 4 eggs
  • 200 ml jogurta / 200 ml of yogurt
  • 100 ml ulja / 100 ml of oil
  • 1 kesica 14 g praška za pecivo / 1 sacket (14 g) baking powder
  • 150 ml mineralne vode / 150 ml of sparkling water
  • Pečenje / Baking
  • Peći na 180°C oko 30 minuta / Bake at 180°C 350°F for about 30 minutes

Method
 

  1. Uputstvo za pripremu / Instructions (korak po korak)
  2. Priprema fila / Prepare the Filling
  3. Na malo ulja propržite crni luk dok ne omekša i postane staklast.
  4. Dodajte mleveno meso, posolite, pobiberite i dodajte začin.
  5. Dinstajte dok meso ne promeni boju i sva tečnost ne ispari.
  6. Sauté chopped onion in a bit of oil until soft and translucent.
  7. Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper and seasoning.
  8. Cook until the meat browns and liquid evaporates.
  9. Ređanje pite / Layering the Pie
  10. U podmazan pleh stavite dve kore jednu preko druge, pa rasporedite deo fila.
  11. Preko stavite opet dve kore, pa fil, i tako redom dok ne potrošite sve.
  12. Završite sa dve kore na vrhu.
  13. In a greased baking tray, place two sheets of phyllo, one over the other.
  14. Spread some of the meat filling.
  15. Add two more sheets, then filling, and repeat until all is used.
  16. Finish with phyllo sheets on top.

  18. Pitu isecite na kvadrate ili rombove.
  19. Umutite jaja, dodajte jogurt, ulje, prašak za pecivo i kiselu vodu.
  20. Dobro sjedinite i prelijte ravnomerno preko pite.
  21. Cut the pie into squares or diamonds.
  22. Beat eggs, add yogurt, oil, baking powder and sparkling water.
  23. Mix well and pour evenly over the pie.

  25. Pecite u unapred zagrejanoj rerni na 180°C oko 30 minuta, dok lepo ne porumeni.

  • POTREBNE NAMIRNICE / INGREDIENTS
  • Za testo: / for the dough:
  • 500 –550 g brašna / 500–550 g of flour
  • 200 ml mlake vode / 200 ml of lukewarm water
  • 100 ml mlakog mleka / 100 ml of lukewarm milk
  • 8 g suvog kvasca ili 30 g svežeg / 8 g dry yeast or 30 g fresh yeast
  • 1 kašičica šećera / 1 tsp of sugar
  • 1 kašičica soli / 1 tsp of salt
  • 50 ml ulja / 50 ml of oil
  • 2 jaja / 2 eggs
  • Za premazivanje je potrebno: / For spreading:
  • 150 g putera ili domaće masti / 150 g butter or lard for spreading
  • Za filovanje je potrebno: / For filling:
  • 250 g sitnog sira / 250 g cottage cheese
  • 2 kašike jogurta za premazivanje / 2 tbsp yogurt (for brushing)
  • susam za posipanje / sesame seeds for topping
  • Peći na 200°C 390°F 30-35 minuta / bake at 200°C (390°F) for 30-35 minutes

Method
 

  1. Način pripreme / Instructions:
  2. U mlako mleko i vodu dodati šećer i kvasac, ostaviti 5–10 minuta da nadođe.
  3. / In lukewarm milk and water add sugar and yeast, let it rise for 5–10 minutes.
  4. Dodati jaja, ulje, so i postepeno umešati brašno, mesiti dok ne dobijete mekano testo.
  5. / Add eggs, oil, salt and gradually mix in the flour until you get a soft dough.
  6. Ostaviti testo da nadođe oko 15 minuta.
  7. / Leave the dough to rise for about 15 minutes.
  8. Podeliti testo na 12 loptica, svaku tanko razvući ,
  9. / Divide the dough into 12 balls, roll out each one thinly
  10. Kore prmazivati puterom i filovati sirom, ređati jednu preko druge

  • 400 g sitnog sira / 400g of cottage cheese
  • 5 jaja / 5 eggs
  • 14 g praška za pecivo / 14g baking powder
  • 100 ml jogurta ili 3–4 kašike kiselog mleka / 100ml yogurt or 3–4 tbsp sour milk
  • 1 kašičica soli ako sir nije slan / 1 tsp salt (if cheese isn’t salty)
  • 500 g kora za pitu / 500g phyllo pastry
  • 100 ml ulja / 100ml oil

Method
 

  1. Umutiti jaja, pa dodati sir, jogurt (ili kiselo mleko), so i prašak za pecivo. Dobro sjediniti. /
  2. Beat the eggs, then add cheese, yogurt (or sour milk), salt, and baking powder. Mix well.
  3. Filovati kore pripremljenom smesom i uvijati u rolate. Ređati u pleh. /
  4. Spread the filling over phyllo sheets and roll into logs. Arrange in a baking pan.
  5. Premazati uljem po vrhu. /
  6. Brush the tops with oil.
  7. Peći u zagrejanoj rerni na 220°C (428°F) oko 20–25 minuta, dok lepo ne porumeni. /
