Ingredients
  

  • 400 g sitnog sira / 400g of cottage cheese
  • 5 jaja / 5 eggs
  • 14 g praška za pecivo / 14g baking powder
  • 100 ml jogurta ili 3–4 kašike kiselog mleka / 100ml yogurt or 3–4 tbsp sour milk
  • 1 kašičica soli ako sir nije slan / 1 tsp salt (if cheese isn’t salty)
  • 500 g kora za pitu / 500g phyllo pastry
  • 100 ml ulja / 100ml oil

Method
 

  1. Umutiti jaja, pa dodati sir, jogurt (ili kiselo mleko), so i prašak za pecivo. Dobro sjediniti. /
  2. Beat the eggs, then add cheese, yogurt (or sour milk), salt, and baking powder. Mix well.
  3. Filovati kore pripremljenom smesom i uvijati u rolate. Ređati u pleh. /
  4. Spread the filling over phyllo sheets and roll into logs. Arrange in a baking pan.
  5. Premazati uljem po vrhu. /
  6. Brush the tops with oil.
  7. Peći u zagrejanoj rerni na 220°C (428°F) oko 20–25 minuta, dok lepo ne porumeni. /
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden.
  9. Najlepša je dok je još vruća – nestane odmah! /
  10. Best enjoyed while still warm – it disappears instantly!
