Način pripreme / Instructions:
U mlako mleko i vodu dodati šećer i kvasac, ostaviti 5–10 minuta da nadođe.
/ In lukewarm milk and water add sugar and yeast, let it rise for 5–10 minutes.
Dodati jaja, ulje, so i postepeno umešati brašno, mesiti dok ne dobijete mekano testo.
/ Add eggs, oil, salt and gradually mix in the flour until you get a soft dough.
Ostaviti testo da nadođe oko 15 minuta.
/ Leave the dough to rise for about 15 minutes.
Podeliti testo na 12 loptica, svaku tanko razvući ,
/ Divide the dough into 12 balls, roll out each one thinly
Kore prmazivati puterom i filovati sirom, ređati jednu preko druge
/Coat the crusts with butter and fill with cheese, arrange them one on top of the other
Pitu zaseći odozgo ali ne do dna,
/Cut the pie from the top but not to the bottom,
Premazati jogurtom, posuti susamom
/ Brush with yogurt, sprinkle with sesame
Peći na 200°C (390°F) oko 30–35 minuta, dok ne dobije zlatnu boju.
/ Bake at 200°C (390°F) for about 30–35 minutes, until golden.
