Priprema fila / Prepare the Filling
Na malo ulja propržite crni luk dok ne omekša i postane staklast.
Dodajte mleveno meso, posolite, pobiberite i dodajte začin.
Dinstajte dok meso ne promeni boju i sva tečnost ne ispari.
Sauté chopped onion in a bit of oil until soft and translucent.
Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper and seasoning.
Cook until the meat browns and liquid evaporates.
Ređanje pite / Layering the Pie
U podmazan pleh stavite dve kore jednu preko druge, pa rasporedite deo fila.
Preko stavite opet dve kore, pa fil, i tako redom dok ne potrošite sve.
Završite sa dve kore na vrhu.
In a greased baking tray, place two sheets of phyllo, one over the other.
Spread some of the meat filling.
Add two more sheets, then filling, and repeat until all is used.
Finish with phyllo sheets on top.
Prelivanje / Pouring the Topping
Pitu isecite na kvadrate ili rombove.
Umutite jaja, dodajte jogurt, ulje, prašak za pecivo i kiselu vodu.
Dobro sjedinite i prelijte ravnomerno preko pite.
Cut the pie into squares or diamonds.
Beat eggs, add yogurt, oil, baking powder and sparkling water.
Mix well and pour evenly over the pie.
Pečenje / Baking
Pecite u unapred zagrejanoj rerni na 180°C oko 30 minuta, dok lepo ne porumeni.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes, until golden brown.
