Ingredients
  

  • == Testo / Dough ==
  • 300 ml mlakog mleka / 300 ml of lukewarm milk
  • 2 jaja / 2 eggs
  • 200 ml ulja / 200 ml of oil
  • 100 g šećera / 100 g of sugar
  • 8 g suvog kvasca ili 25 g svežeg / 8 g dry yeast or 25 g fresh yeast
  • 700 g brašna / 700 g of all-purpose flour
  • == Fil / Filling ==
  • Džem od šljiva po želji / Plum jam as desired
  • == Sirup / Syrup ==
  • 200 g šećera / 200 g of sugar
  • 300 ml vode / 300 ml of water
  • == Za posipanje / For coating ==
  • 100 g kokosa / 100 g of shredded coconut

Method
 

  1. Zamesite testo: U mlako mleko dodajte šećer i kvasac. Kada zapeni, dodajte ulje, jaja i postepeno brašno. Zamesite glatko testo. / In lukewarm milk, dissolve sugar and yeast. When foamy, add oil, eggs, and flour gradually. Knead until smooth.
  2. Ostavite da naraste: Pokrijte testo i ostavite da naraste 15–20 minuta. / Cover and let rise for 15–20 minutes.
  3. Formiranje kiflica: Testo podelite, razvijte, secite trouglove i filujte džemom. Uvijte u kiflice. / Divide the dough, roll out, cut into triangles, add plum jam and roll up into crescent rolls.
  4. Pecite: Kiflice poređajte na pleh i pecite na 180°C (356°F) oko 15 minuta, dok ne porumene. / Place on a baking tray and bake at 180°C (356°F) for ~15 minutes.
  5. Napravite sirup: Šećer i vodu kuvajte 5 minuta, pa ohladite. / Boil sugar and water for 5 minutes, then let cool.
  6. Uvaljajte u sirup i kokos: Vruće kiflice umočite u sirup, pa u kokos. / Dip hot rolls in syrup, then coat in coconut.
  7. Ostavite da upiju i uživajte! / Let them rest and absorb the syrup. Enjoy!
