Ingredients
  

  • Za testo / For the dough:
  • 700 g brašna / 700g of flour
  • 8 g suvog ili 40g svežeg kvasca / 8g of dry or 40g of fresh yeast
  • 250 ml mlakog mleka / 250ml of lukewarm milk
  • 250 ml mlake vode / 250ml of lukewarm water
  • 100 ml ulja / 100ml of oil
  • 1 kašika šećera / 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 kašika soli / 1 tbsp of salt
  • 100 g putera za mazanje / 100g of butter for spreading
  • Za premazivanje / For brushing:
  • 1 celo jaje + 1 žumance / 1 whole egg + 1 egg yolk
  • 1 kašika ulja / 1 tbsp of oil
  • Za posipanje:
  • krupna morska so i susam / coarse sea salt and sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Priprema / Instructions
  2. U velikoj činiji pomešajte mlaku vodu, mleko, šećer i kvasac. Ostavite 5 minuta da proradi kvasac.
  3. Mix lukewarm water, milk, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes .
  4. Dodajte ulje, so i postepeno umešajte brašno dok ne dobijete meko testo. Mesite oko 3–5 minuta.
  5. Add oil, salt, and gradually incorporate flour. Knead the dough until soft and smooth (about 3–5 minutes).
  6. Podelite testo na 4 dela i oblikujte loptice / divide the dough at 4 peace and make a bolls
  7. Pokrijte testo i ostavite da odmori 5 minuta
  8. Cover and let the dough to rest for 5 minutes
  9. Razvijte svaku lopticu ,
  10. Roll each part out, ,
  11. Isecite na trougliće i stavite po 1 kašičicu putera za mazanje, oblikujte kiflice. Poređajte ih na pleh sa papirom za pečenje.
  12. Cut into triangles and put 1 teaspoon of butter for spreading, shape into rolls. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  13. Premažite umućenim jajetom i uljem, pospite krupnom solju i susamom.
  14. Brush with the egg-oil mixture, and sprinkle with coarse salt and sesame seeds.
  15. Pecite u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200°C oko 15 minuta, dok lepo ne porumene.
  16. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 15 minutes, until golden brown.
  17. Možete filovati po vađoj želji, sirom , ili bilo kojim namazom
