Priprema / Instructions:
Zamesite testo:
Pomešajte puter sobne temperature, filadelfija sir i vanilin šećer. Dodajte brašno i umesite glatko testo. Ostavite u frižideru 30 minuta.
Make the dough:
Mix softened butter, Philadelphia cream cheese, and vanilla sugar. Add flour and knead into a smooth dough. Chill for 30 minutes.
Pripremite suvi fil:
Pomešajte mlevene orahe, šećer i vanilin šećer. Po želji dodajte malo cimeta.
Prepare dry filling:
Combine ground walnuts, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Optional: add a bit of cinnamon.
Formirajte kiflice:
Testo podelite na 2 dela. Svaki deo razvucite u krug, premažite belancetom i mlekom, pospite suvim filom, isecite trouglove i urolajte u kiflice.
Form the rolls:
Divide dough into 2 parts. Roll each into a circle, brush with egg white and milk, sprinkle dry filling, cut into triangles and roll into crescents.
Premaz i posipanje:
Kiflice poređajte na pleh, premažite žumancetom i mlekom, pa pospite šećerom.
Final coating:
Place rolls on tray, brush with egg yolk and milk, sprinkle with sugar.

Pecite na 180°C (356°F) oko 30 minuta,
