Ingredients
  

  • Za testo / For the dough:
  • 250 g putera / 250g of butter
  • 250 g filadelfija sira / 250g of Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 kesica 10g vanilin šećera / 1 sachet (10g) of vanilla sugar
  • 300 g brašna / 300g of flour
  • 1 žumance / egg yolk
  • Premaz za testo / For brushing the dough:
  • 1 belance / 1 egg white
  • 1 kašika mleka / 1 tbsp of milk
  • Suvi fil / Dry filling:
  • 120 g mlevenih oraha / 120g ground walnuts
  • 50 g šećera / 50g of sugar
  • 1 kesica vanil šećera / 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • Premazivanje kiflica / For brushing the rolls:
  • 1 žumance / 1 egg yolk
  • 1 kašika mleka / 1 tbsp of milk
  • 2 kašike šećera / 2 tbsp of sugar
  • Peći na / Bake at:
  • 180 °C 356°F oko 30 minuta / about 30 minutes

Method
 

  1. Priprema / Instructions:
  2. Zamesite testo:
  3. Pomešajte puter sobne temperature, filadelfija sir i vanilin šećer. Dodajte brašno i umesite glatko testo. Ostavite u frižideru 30 minuta.
  4. Make the dough:
  5. Mix softened butter, Philadelphia cream cheese, and vanilla sugar. Add flour and knead into a smooth dough. Chill for 30 minutes.
  6. Pripremite suvi fil:
  7. Pomešajte mlevene orahe, šećer i vanilin šećer. Po želji dodajte malo cimeta.
  8. Prepare dry filling:
  9. Combine ground walnuts, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Optional: add a bit of cinnamon.
  10. Formirajte kiflice:
  11. Testo podelite na 2 dela. Svaki deo razvucite u krug, premažite belancetom i mlekom, pospite suvim filom, isecite trouglove i urolajte u kiflice.
  12. Form the rolls:
  13. Divide dough into 2 parts. Roll each into a circle, brush with egg white and milk, sprinkle dry filling, cut into triangles and roll into crescents.
  14. Premaz i posipanje:
  15. Kiflice poređajte na pleh, premažite žumancetom i mlekom, pa pospite šećerom.
  16. Final coating:
  17. Place rolls on tray, brush with egg yolk and milk, sprinkle with sugar.
  18. Pečenje:
  19. Pecite na 180°C (356°F) oko 30 minuta,
  20. Bake:
  21. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 30 minutes
